Our Experience:
Our first experience with Acura was our 2004 TSX - an excellent car, fit and finish second to none. At the time we had our TSX and a Nissan Murano, we decided it would be best to go down to one car as we were able to commute to work together and figured we'd save on gas, insurance, and have 1 car payment instead of two. We loved the styling & amenities of the Acura but also really liked having the SUV to haul stuff in... what to do?

Enter the Acura MDX, it hit all of our pressure points! luxury, comfort, SUV, power, safety, and quality. We purchased from a local dealer (Niello Acura) who has an excellent reputation in town and owns a few other luxury brands (BMW, Porsche, Land Rover, and Audi). Our sales guy Chris was excellent! he took us on a 30 minute test drive where we put the car through it's paces including: acceleration from zero, braking, turning radius, parallel parking, emergency maneuvers, etc. We were sold... being the impulsive buyers that we are we decided to lease right then and take advantage of a limited time lease deal.

We've now had the MDX for about 1.5 years and still love it - We did add 20" dubs but probably could have fit 22s with ease. We have had no issues to report and have put a good 35,000 miles on it so far - yes, we've already blown past the mileage limit for our lease. We plan to purchase at the end of our term so we don't get slapped with mileage charges. I guess at that time we'll take a look at what else is out there and decide if we want to keep it or not!
